How Many Bullets Can A $100 Chinese Ballistic Plate Withstand?

Yesterday I saw a video about testing how many bullets can a $100 Chinese made ballistic plate withstand. I know many people are biased against products made in China. 
But the man in the video was surprised at the ballistic plate he bought online!

This is a Chinese made ballistic plate. 
“We bought it for $100 on the internet and free shipping!”
The man laughed, he seemed not confident about this product.
Then he began to question:

the quality sticker says it is a level 4 bulletproof standard!?

It is made of aluminum and other high-strength materials.

So they put it in front of a normal clay and have a trial.

The test starts.

First, shoot the area with a VZ58 assault rifle.

He then fired with a Mosin-Nagant Rifle.

The man hurried to see the result with great anticipation.
