The company is one of the most successful media app makers in the world with over 500 million global users in 150 countries and growing. In order to support their rapid international expansion they are for multiple new markets.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing users in the social media and entertainment industry and follow through to a successful agreement
Responsible for user operations and management focusing on top and mid-level creators; develop strategies to increase daily active users, user activation and user loyalty
Possess a strong understanding of the product and industry competitors; leverage this knowledge into creation of impactful marketing activities
Carry out or attend local events and shows
Proficient language skills in both German and English
1.5 + years experience in a community management or community related role required
Outgoing personality required – you will frequently be attending networking events and must be comfortable introducing yourself to strangers
BS/MS degree in journalism, media, communications, marketing, English, or PR preferred
Deep passion for creating and managing virtual communities
Proactive, collaborative, creative, and energetic
You need to be passionate about the community and existing app userbase
Willingness to work around the clock – being a top talent manager involves working some evenings and weekends and responding to community members outside of regular office hours
